It’s Not Hard, It’s A Way of LIFE

There are days that Yah drops things in my spirit, and I can’t let it go until I get it all out on paper, or in this case my computer. (smile) I’ve been going over a past bible studies I’ve done on “The Law & Commandments” of The Most High God. The more I study the more Yah reveals. People seem to think that following Yahuah’s commandments are hard and difficult. However, if people can change their lifestyles for being healthy, working out, eating better, then one should see changing their lifestyle for LIFE. Is the ultimate WIN.
I realize the law seems hard when deceivers teach you rebellion and one’s own self will is rebellious against Yahuah Elohim. This spirit of rebellion becomes apart of your nature, thus causing you to forsake the true and righteous will of Yahuah Elohim.
He said to HIS PEOPLE in Deḇarim (Deuteronomy) 30:11-18
““For this command which I am commanding you today, it is not too hard for you, nor is it far off. “It is not in the heavens, to say, ‘Who shall ascend into the heavens for us, and bring it to us, and cause us to hear it, so that we do it?’ Nor is it beyond the sea, to say, ‘Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it to us, and cause us to hear it, so that we do it?’ ”
“For the Word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart – to do it.
See, I have set before you today life and good, and death and evil,” in that I am commanding you today to love (Yahuah) יהוה your Elohim, to walk in His ways, and to guard His commands, and His laws, and His right-rulings. And you shall live and increase, and יהוה your Elohim shall bless you in the land which you go to possess.
“But if your heart turns away, and you do not obey, and shall be drawn away, and shall bow down to other mighty ones and serve them, “I have declared to you today that you shall certainly perish, you shall not prolong your days in the land which you are passing over the (Jordan) Yardĕn to enter and possess.”
We all think we are right and often believe we know what is best for our life. However, until we truly put our lives under the microscope of “The Word of Yah”. We are fallible men and women. REMEMBER… Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seems right to a man (woman) and appears straight before him, but its end is the way of death.
If your ways are leading you away from Yah and being disobedient and NOT following His commands, His laws and His righteousness; then your ways are leading you in “the way of death” (spiritual and physical).
Now is the time to love Yahuah Elohim with ALL your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind. Loving him means you will
  1. You will love Him by Not having any other gods before HIM. He’s the beginning the middle and the end in your life. The very breath you breathe.
  2. You will love Him and not make any image; person, place or thing that is in heaven, on the earth or in the waters under the earth and bow down to worship and give it greater honor and reverence than you to THE LIVING CREATOR GOD WHO’S NAME IS “YAHUAH ELOHIM”.
  3. You will love Him by not taking his name in vain. You will say it with reverence and sacredness. You won’t disrespect it in any way. You will honor of the name above all.
  4. YOU will love Him by remembering and keeping his Sabbath day. A Holy, Sacred, Separate day, dedicated to HIM and HIM alone. It’s not about what you want to do, it’s about you joining others in REST & REJUVENATION in the presence of The HOLY and Living God.
When you do these things, you are fulfilling the first 4 Commandments – THE LAW. The next 6 in the list of commandments is about LOVING YOUR NEIGHBOR.. i.e. A friend, other persons, fellow mankind. That type of real love is
  1. Loving is Honoring your parents, because the benefit is long life upon the earth.
  2. Loving your neighbors is you value life which Yah gave and you won’t kill.
  3. Loving is your won’t defraud your brother/sister and commit adultery/fornication with them. You will honor your temple and theirs.
  4. Loving is you won’t take (steal) what is not yours. Especially when you serve a God that has a treasure chest of what ever you need.
  5. Loving Is you not bearing falsehood and untruths about a person. Your words will be words of healing, power and strength.
  6. Loving is you won’t envy and covet what others have, be it home, cars, servants, cloths, wealth, etc. You are content in what you have knowing that Yahuah Elohim sees and knows, and you have what YOU NEED.
When you follow this, you have done as Yahshua HaMashiach said in Matthew 22:37-39
37 Yahshua said unto him, YOU shall love YAHUAH your ELOHIM with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, YOU shall love your neighbor as yourself.
Now if you happen to break one of these laws, the word tells us how to REPENT, steps to get back in right standing with Yah and not becoming a repeat offender. But, if you decided to be a repeat wicked and evil repeat offender, there are consequences to your actions.
Let me share a story with you.
There was a great and mighty ruler who ruled this beautiful and amazing kingdom. It was pristine, clean, full of light and love. A very large group of people saw that the kingdom was indeed beautiful and surrounded by a very large wall. They decided they wanted to live there, so because the ruler was so gracious and had a deep love for people, he granted their request and communicated what was required to live in His kingdom. They all agreed to abide by the rules.
They moved in, grew larger but they wanted to incorporate the customs they use to do into their new dwelling place. Those customs went against what the great ruler had communicated to them, when He allowed them to enter into His Kingdom.  They grew worse and worse, and brought some of the inhabitants that were already living in the kingdom into their lawless cult behavior.
The Great Ruler had finally had enough and commanded his general to round them all up. This group was so very large, he had to conduct the trial in a large field. The list of their crimes were so numerous and heinous, it grieved the ruler greatly. The evidence against them was iron clad and he had no choice but to punish and sentence them for the crimes they committed. Even their children would be sentenced.
As he read the charges and the punishment, you could hear crying and wailing happening. Many started to beg the great ruler for mercy. all were found guilty, and the sentence for them all was DEATH.
Upon hearing the death penalty, the cries got louder. In a thunderous voice that vibrated the ground the crowd was standing. The ruler said, this is MY kingdom, and you knew my mandates, my laws, my ordinances, and what was required of you to live here. You didn’t care and broke all my laws and caused others to break them as well. You caused many to die, to be homeless and you did other atrocious things. Your crimes are worthy of the punishment.
However, right before he could fully hit his gavel, a man of very humble beginnings who had been abused by various folks in the crowd came forward.
He said, Oh Great Ruler, May I find mercy and compassion before you. I know that their crimes are worth of the penalty of death, BUT I will take the crowds punishment.
The Ruler said, WHAT?!!! the punishment is death, and you are innocent, you have no idea the list of their crimes. You are willing to lay down your life for these men, women, and children?
The man looked at the crowd and said, I WILL. I have lived in this beautiful land and kingdom and have followed your laws. I have seen their crimes, but I believe they should have a chance at living in this great kingdom, free and protected from the great beast on the other side of the wall. I will take their punishment and give them a chance at LIFE. Oh, Great Ruler, I know that you are a just and righteous ruler and it’s truly your desire that no one coming into your kingdom, should be lost or perish. I also know you have always ruled and declared righteous judgment for crimes committed. I know that you rule your kingdom with love, justice, mercy, and faith.  I also know you are a ruler of second chances. If ending my life will save all their lives, isn’t it worth it?
The ruler paused and looked out over the huge crowd with tender affection and love in his eyes and said to the man, “Your life for theirs’. He hit the gavel that resonated throughout the kingdom and looked at the man who stood with such conviction, composure, and compassion for people who had harmed him. As he was cuffed and being taken away, the ruler said, I hope they understand the incredible gift of life you have given them. My laws, commands don’t change because of your sacrifice and how I run and rule my kingdom is also unchanging. It’s our way of life. I hope they learn the lesson and will follow my ways for their sake. I wouldn’t want your death to be in vain son.
The Ruler said in a loud booming voice. You are welcome to stay in my kingdom and reap the bounty of benefits for being a citizen. I would love to break bread with you and get to know you personally. HOWEVER, I must stress, our way of life here is set and written in stone. If you can’t abide by my rule, you will either be put outside the gate with the great beasts or suffer the harsh consequences of my judgement. I AM THE LAW AND MY RULERSHIP WILL BE FOLLOWED. NOW AND FOREVER.
What’s amazing about this story because it does continue. Is the man who put to death, was later seen outside the walls. Some of the folks that were in the crowd couldn’t abide by the rules and was put outside the wall in the hood, ghetto, skid row.  However, some recognized the man but was astounded because they saw him die. How could he be here? Why was he here outside the gate?  But that is a story for another time.
I hope this story resonates with you just who the Great Ruler is and the Man who gave up his life. Also, I hope that you also recognize that you can identify with rebellious crowd.
 Remember this passage of scripture.
Yahshua said,  “Do not think that I came to do away with or undo the Law (of THE GREAT RULER) or the [writings of the] Prophets; I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.
18 For I assure you and most solemnly say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, NOT the smallest letter or stroke [of the pen] will pass from the Law until all things are accomplished.
19 So (REMEMBER) whoever breaks one of the least [important] of these commandments, AND teaches others to do the same, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; BUT whoever practices and teaches them, he will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 “For I say to you that unless your righteousness (uprightness, moral essence) is more than that of the scribes and Pharisees (RELIGIOUS COUNTERFEIT TEACHERS), you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5:17-20
